About Delegation Master
The Delegation Master colour classification system traces its roots to the Belbin Work Role concept, developed by Dr. Meredith Belbin and Barrie Watson in the late 1990s.
Over the next 20 years, Barrie travelled around the world, promoting and facilitating the adoption of the Belbin Work Role and Team Role models.
During this time, he continued to work on the concept of using colours to communicate what is expected of people. This led to the creation of the Delegation Master system and this easy to use App.
The result is that that managers worldwide can now use the Delegation Master system free of charge to help them meet increasing productivity demands.
